With more than 25 years of experience across various industries, including the financial sector, consulting, the pharmaceutical industry, and STEM companies, we have built solid expertise across the entire HR and People agenda.
WHO WE ARE
We have provided strategic advice and delivered operational implementation across all facets and levels of complexity in both small and large companies across 30 countries. With offices in both Jutland and Zealand, we can provide support across Denmark.
In recent years, we have worked respectively as People Director, responsible for building, local sparring and strategy development in many countries, and as Chief People Officer, responsible for strategy and implementation across an international organisation.
We have a strong business understanding and are always curious about the overall corporate strategy, and how best to support future operations and development from an HR and People perspective.
